  • Uses: Logistics, Light industrial, Cross docking, Industrial and logistics parks

  • Transaction size: €30M - €500M

  • Investment type: Core/ Core + / Value add

  • Locations: Luxembourg, Germany and other Western Europe countries

  • Single tenant / Multi-tenant (up to 20)

  • Single property / Portfolios

  • Preferably, at least one (creditworthy) anchor tenant

  • Investment type: Core/ Core + / Value add

  • Locations: Germany

  • Single tenant / Multi-tenant (up to 20)

  • Single property / Portfolios

  • Uses: DIY, Supermarkets, essential commodities
